Q: Do I get volume pricing?
A: Yes you do. All items are based on volume discounts either by case or units.
Q: How do I know my volume discount price?
A: When you enter the quantities you want to buy, the unit price is adjusted for you.
Q: Can I buy a single items?
A: Yes you can but some items are sold by case and some by the unit.
Q: How do I know if an item is sold by unit or by case only?
A: When you select an item, a detailed grid indicates volume pricing based on case or units.
Q: Can I buy a sample only even if the item is sold by cases only?
A: Samples are sold by request only. You must call the head office and talk to a sales rep.
Q: How do I know my shipping cost?
A: A minimum cost of shipping is $30. If the costs exceeds $30, you will be notified before the invoice is finalized.
Q: Can I send my own courier for pickup?
A: Yes you can! Simply mention it at checkout and we will contact you for details.
Q: Can I pickup my order at your location?
